About us

Your tech partner in growth.

We build software for businesses that never planned to become software companies — restaurants, caterers, retailers and the people who run them.

What we do

TrustLayerr is an IT solutions and SaaS company in Pune. We help small and medium businesses replace paper records, manual calculation and scattered Excel files with software that holds orders, stock, billing and revenue in one place.

The work splits three ways. Software — ready-made products for restaurants, caterers and retailers. Services — custom development, websites and hosting for businesses that need something of their own. Growth — AI, automation and analytics that make the day shorter rather than the dashboard prettier.

Who we build for

Our customers are owners, not IT departments. They are running a kitchen at seven in the evening, not evaluating a feature matrix. That shapes everything: the software has to be learnable in an afternoon, affordable at SME scale, and it has to keep working when the internet does not.

It also shapes what we do not do. We do not sell modules nobody asked for, and we do not disappear after installation — most of our customers reach us on WhatsApp.

Where we are going

TrustLayerr is a growing company, and the current push is AI services. Eera, our AI virtual menu card, is the first product from it: a QR menu that reads what a guest actually wants and answers with three dishes instead of thirty. The same thinking — software that decides, not just records — is where the rest of the range is heading.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, before you have to ask for them.

Where is TrustLayerr based?

Pune, Maharashtra. On-site installation and training are most practical in and around Pune; the online mode is used by customers across India.

How big is the team?

Small enough that the person who builds your software is the person who answers when you message. That is deliberate — it is why support does not disappear after installation.

Do you only work with food businesses?

No. The ready-made products happen to serve restaurants, caterers and retailers, but the custom software side works with any small or medium business that has an operation worth automating.

What does “Your Tech Partner In Growth” actually mean?

That we would rather have a customer for five years than a sale today. Most customers start with one product and later add customisation, hosting, a website or marketing — and we would rather that be the same team throughout.

Come and argue with us.

If you think your business is too specific for off-the-shelf software, tell us why. That conversation is usually where the good builds start.
