These are not one product with the labels changed. A restaurant needs tables and a kitchen; a caterer needs bookings and material planning; a retailer needs shelves and margins. Each system is shaped around how that business actually runs, which is why none of them asks you to ignore half the screen.

Which product do I need?
It follows how you take orders. Tables and a kitchen means Restaurant ERP. Event bookings quoted in advance means Catering Management. Selling off a shelf or from a warehouse means Retail POS. If you do two of those, tell us and we will say honestly whether one product covers it or whether it is a customisation.
Can I try before buying?

What is the difference between online and offline?
Online is server-hosted, so several devices read the same data and nothing is lost if a machine dies — it carries a yearly server and maintenance cost. Offline runs on one machine with data stored locally and keeps working without internet. Neither is better; it depends on how many people need the screen at once.
Do I have to buy Eera separately?
Eera is its own product and plugs into TrustLayerr Restaurant. You can run the restaurant software without it, but not the other way round — Eera reads the live menu from it.
Can you change a product to fit how we work?
Yes, that is what customisation is for — extra fields, different reports, a workflow that matches yours. If the changes get large enough, custom software is often the cheaper answer, and we will tell you when that line is crossed.
