Restaurant ERP · Point of sale

Every table, every order, on one screen.

A restaurant POS that also remembers the kitchen. Table and parcel orders, sections, stock, vendors and GST billing in a single system — not four apps that disagree with each other.

What it handles

Table orders and parcel/takeaway orders
Table sections and live table status
Kitchen stock and ingredient tracking
Vendor and supplier accounts
Full order history by table and customer
Sales analytics, monthly and yearly
GST and service-tax toggles
80mm thermal printing
Themes and per-business settings

Who it is for

Restaurants running dine-in and takeaway together, where the counter, the kitchen and the accounts have to agree at the end of the night. If you are reconciling a paper KOT stack against a billing app against a stock register, this replaces all three.

Online or offline

Every TrustLayerr product ships two ways. Online is server-hosted, so the same data opens on several devices at once and survives a device failing — that mode carries a yearly server and maintenance cost. Offline runs on a single machine with data stored locally, so it keeps working when the connection drops. Which one suits you depends on how many people need the screen at the same time, not on how big the business is.

Questions we get asked

The things owners ask before they buy this one.

Will it work with my existing thermal printer?

If it is a standard 80mm thermal printer, yes. That is the size almost every restaurant in India already runs, and bills are formatted for it out of the box. Bring us the model number before you buy and we will confirm rather than guess.

How many devices can take orders at once?

In the online mode, as many as you need — the counter, a tablet on the floor and the kitchen screen all read the same data. The offline mode is one device by design, because the data lives on that machine.

What happens if the internet goes down mid-service?

If you are on the offline mode, nothing — it never needed the connection. On the online mode the software needs the server, which is the trade-off for having several devices in sync. Restaurants with unreliable connections usually choose offline.

Can I move my old order history across?

Usually. Most restaurants arrive with data in Excel or an older billing app. Show us what you have before you buy and we will tell you honestly what carries over and what does not.

Does it handle both dine-in and parcel orders?

Yes, and it keeps them separate in the reports, which is the point — you can see what takeaway is actually contributing rather than one blended revenue figure.

The rest of the range

Different business, different system. They share the same billing, reporting and printing, so moving between them is not a relearn.
